As a developer in the Real Estate industry, Highland Estates Limited has built 7 large-scale warehouses at Kingolwira. Each warehouse has an area of 6000sq Metres. Out of the 7 warehouses constructed, 6 of them have been leased out to M/s Alliance One Tobacco Limited.
Agricultural Division
We own and run Mbarali Rice Farm, having a total area of 8,000 Acres located in the southern part of Tanzania, in Mbarali Town, Mbeya Region.
Trading Division
Highland Estates Limited has over 8,000 Acres of Paddy Farms in Mbarali.
Due to the nature of our farm work, our Company has to buy Tons of Fertilizers from Local/ International Suppliers every year.

Highland Estates Limited started as a family business in 1930s when the founder member of the company Mr. Abdulrahim Mulla introduced subsistence rice irrigation farming at Usangu, Southern Highland region by constructing an 11 kilometre canal from Igawa to Rujewa.
