As a developer in the Real Estate industry, Highland Estates Limited has built 7 large-scale warehouses at Kingolwira. Each warehouse has an area of 6000sq Metres. Out of the 7 warehouses constructed, 6 of them have been leased out to M/s Alliance One Tobacco Limited.

While the 7th warehouse is leased to M/s JTI Leafs services who utilise the same for storing tobacco leaves for the production of cigarettes. Furthermore, the Company has warehouses along Nyerere Road, Dar-es-salaam that has leased them out to other business entities.
