Highland Estates Limited’s real estate division is built around the development and management of strategically located warehousing and commercial properties that support both internal operations and third party tenants. Warehousing forms the core of our real estate portfolio, enabling efficient storage, distribution, and supply chain continuity across key regions of Tanzania.

The company owns and operates warehouses in Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, Dodoma, Iringa, and Mbarali. These facilities are used in house to support Highland Estates’ trading and logistics activities, while selected warehouses are leased to reputable external clients. Through this dual use approach, the division maximizes asset efficiency while maintaining flexibility to support the group’s growing operations.
